The customers who book and pay deposit or full rental fees in advance will get refund within a few days, but deducted 5% for service charges for making cancellation of the trips in case on departure date or later of that.

Cash payment will be received by the assigned driver on arrival for personnel usage and taking physical collection at the customers’ appointed place or office for business usage.
Cashless payment can be made through direct payment transfer in the application payment system with MPU card.
Payment can also be made through direct online transfer to the company bank account through mobile banking, Kpay as well as Wave Money anywhere and anytime.
